Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GovDocReady AI’s readiness assessments, document starters, and subscription service.
1. Service and eligibility
GovDocReady AI provides educational compliance-readiness tools, editable document starters, checklists, and related implementation materials for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business purchasing or using the service.
2. Important limitations
Outputs may be assisted by automated systems and may contain errors or omit requirements. They are starting points—not legal advice, cybersecurity certification, an audit opinion, a government approval, or a guarantee of contract eligibility or award. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, approving, implementing, and maintaining every document, and for obtaining qualified legal, security, accounting, or other professional advice when appropriate.
3. Information you must not submit
Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data, passwords, access keys, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive information. The standard service is not represented as an authorized environment for those data types.
4. Subscription and renewal
The founding-customer plan costs $99 per year unless a different price is displayed at checkout. It renews automatically each year using the payment method on file until canceled. Stripe processes payments and may send receipts and renewal notices.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal at any time by emailing pingcipher-GovDocReadyAI@yahoo.com. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily end access during the already-paid term. For a first purchase, a timely request made before paid generation begins is eligible for a full refund; a timely request made after paid generation begins or a paid package is delivered is eligible for a 50% refund. Requests must be made within 14 calendar days. Full details appear in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Included usage
An active annual subscription includes up to three successful AI-tailored document package generations during each subscription year. Failed generation attempts are not counted. Unused generations expire at the end of the applicable subscription year and do not roll over. Contact support if you need additional help or capacity.
7. Acceptable use
You may use purchased materials internally for your own business. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or use the service to violate law, misrepresent compliance, or make false statements to a customer or government agency.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and may update these terms prospectively. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
9. Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may provide additional rights.
