Cancellation and Refund Policy
A straightforward founding-customer policy for annual GovDocReady AI subscriptions.
Before paid generation begins
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first GovDocReady AI subscription charge if generation or preparation of your paid document package has not begun. The free readiness summary does not count as paid generation.
After a paid package is generated or delivered
If generation or preparation of your paid package has begun, or any paid report or document package has been generated or delivered, you may request a refund of 50% of the first subscription charge within the same 14-day period. This reflects the substantial benefit already produced while still providing a partial satisfaction remedy.
How to request a refund
Email pingcipher-GovDocReadyAI@yahoo.com from the address used at checkout and include the business name on the purchase. We use our service and delivery records to determine whether paid generation began before the request.
After 14 days
Subscription charges are non-refundable after the 14-day period except where required by law or where we determine that the service was not provided as described. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
Canceling renewal
You may cancel future renewal at any time by emailing us. Cancellation prevents the next annual charge and ordinarily leaves access available through the end of the paid term. Please request cancellation before the renewal date.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times may vary.
